“are you sure?” offers USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express Delivery. Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday -Saturday, excluding holidays. Prices will vary by zip code.
If your items are in stock, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (regardless of what shipping method you have chosen).

TRACKING A PACKAGE
After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log into your account at any time to track the status of your order. You will receive an email when your order has shipped, and you can then view your tracking number online in your account area.
All items shown on the website are currently available.
At times, items sell very quickly and we may generate a back order. If this happens, you will be notified via email and you will have a series of options. You will be given the date the item will be available, and you will be asked if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back ordered item, or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back ordered item.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY:
“are you sure?” stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we truly hope you enjoy our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return your merchandise by following the easy steps below.
All returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. “are you sure?” does not refund items without a receipt.
- Returns and exchange requests accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- “are you sure?” will accept returns as long as merchandise is in salable condition (unworn, unwashed & with hangtags attached).
- No refunds will be given without a receipt.
- When we receive your returned merchandise, we will refund you the original method of payment.
- Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. Please indicate what items you are you are exchanging on the RETURN FORM.
- Please include either a check for $6.00 or credit card information for your exchange.
EASY STEPS TO SEND IN BY MAIL:
- Fill out the returns and exchange form attached to your packing slip or found HERE and indicate what you are returning. Please indicate if this was a gift.
- To ensure a prompt and accurate returns process, we ask that you include your order number on the return form.
- Unless the merchandise was defective or the wrong item was sent, “are you sure?” will not cover the cost to return or exchange merchandise.
- You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs up front. We suggest sending all returns via insured mail for your protection in the event of loss or damage.
- We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt of package. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.
